1. Air Cooled Modular Scroll Chiller
MULTISTACK Air Cooled Chillers are designed and constructed under the modular technology patent. A chiller bank consists of multiple individual chiller modules connected in parallel to operate as a single machine, with cooling or heating capacity to match the load demand by varying the number of operating modules. The chiller modules start from a small half module, and expandable to fiteen full modules for SRA131 and SRA150 and ten for SRA290 and SRA340, giving you full flxibility to increase the capacity as your needs increase. Each full module consists of two tandem scroll compressor sets (4 compressors), evaporator, condenser, and sophisticated control and protection equipments. Each module operates as a completely independent refrigeration circuit, and varying to the total load demand. The controller will change the chillers capacity by either controlling the number of modules in operation or by adjusting the capacity of the last start up compressor. The compact size of each module means easy access via standard doorways and lifts. You no longer need special access to install the chiller.

ENERGY-SAVING The chiller regulates the number of running modules according to load demand and each module runs at its peak effiency, this is diffrent from conventional chillers which will consume more energy when running at part load.

1. Water Cooled Screw Chiller
MULTISTACK Water Cooled Chillers are designed and constructed under the modular technology patent. A chiller bank consists of multiple individual chiller modules connected in parallel to operate as a single machine, with cooling or heating capacity to match the load demand by varying the number of operating modules. The chiller modules start from one module to fiteen for MSCW210 while the MSCW445/485 has a maximum of ten (VWF models has a minimum of four modules), giving you full flxibility to increase the capacity as your needs increase. Each module contains a screw compressor, evaporator, condenser, and sophisticated control and protection equipments. Each module operates as a completely independent refrigeration circuit, and varying to the total load demand. The controller will change the chillers capacity by either controlling the number of modules in operation or by adjusting the capacity of the last start up compressor. The chiller is enclosed within an attractive but also sturdy frame and has removable doors for easy access and convenience for maintenance and service. The doors can be lined with acoustic insulation, which further silences the chiller. (optional) Screw Compressor Each module contains a high effiency semi-hermetic screw compressor. The refrigerant drawn into the compressor flws evenly over the motor sealed inside the compressor case, and cools down the motor thoroughly. This ensures the motor is always working at the ideal temperature condition. The built-in protection part continually monitors the coil temperature via 6 PTC pre-fi in the coil. The compressor will shut down if abnormal temperature is detected. The compressor has three stage capacity controls: 50%, 75%, 100%. This is accomplished through a slide valveregulating mechanism. Among all the compressors in operation, the last actuated compressor will run at a three stage capacity control mode to meet the load demand more precisely and keep the chiller running at peak effiency. There is also a built in pressure relief feature inside the compressor to by-pass pressure from the discharge to the pressure section whenever the discharge pressure is abnormal. This feature will protect the chiller from damage and prevent loss for refrigerant leakage.

The fan coil unit is factory fabricated, tested and of efficient design and construction. The ceiling concealed type fan coil units, AW series and high capacity, DFU series, is ideal for ceiling installation. AW series covers airflow 190cmh through 2395cmh while DFU covers 850 through 5950cmh.
Features
Cabinet Unit is completed with galvanized heavy gauge steel casing. All components are easily accessible for inspection and servicing of internal components. Coils Coils is constructed of seamless copper tubes and aluminium fins mechanically bonded to the tubes, assuring heat transfer efficiency. Fan Motors Fans are forward curved, centrifugal type, double width, double inlet and are statically and dynamically balanced to ensure havegood operation. Motors have sleeve bearings with oilers, inherent thermal overload protection and automatic reset. Drain Pans Drain Pans is constructed with thick galvanized steel and insulated with high density foam. Filter FCU have standard 1� high efficient throwaway filter, panel type. The filter is easily removeable and replaceable.

All units are provided with forward curved centrifugal fans that designed for maximum efficiency and uniform air distribution. The fans are statically and dynamically balanced to ensure quiet operation and optimal performance. All fans are of direct driven type.
FEATURES
High efficiency ARTU series rooftop units is equipped with several high efficiency scroll compressors and multiple independent refrigeration systems to realize cooling capacity control, thus meet the load demand of cooling/heating accurately. The coil heat exchanger is of finned tubular, high efficiency, which greatly improves the efficiency of refrigeration circulation. Optional variable speed fan motor will supply proper airflow to satisfy temperature control, and save running electric power accordingly. Optional air return heat recoverer and economizer may use more outdoor capacity to reduce compressor running hours under low ambient temperature. All high efficiency and energy saving functions are designed to save running cost and bring the owner maximum merit.Flexibility ARTU series rooftop units is available to connect horizontal air discharge/return from the side of unit, or vertical air discharge/return from the bottom of unit directly, this may used for replacing old equipment or newly-built system. ARTU140-420 units can be assembled as a whole in factory or divided into several functional modules for easy transport, rigging and installation. It can also meet every special demand by adding additional functions such as economizer, dynamic discharge module, compressor discharge reheat coil with humidity control and anti-corrosion air heat exchanger etc.
Air quality control ARTU series has multiple designs and optional features to ensure optimum indoor air quality, which includes adopting housing structure of double-layer metal panel, heat recoverer circulation based on outdoor temperature and indoor air CO2 concentration, stainless steel condensate pan, high efficiency air filter etc.
Maintainability ARTU series ensure the unit with minimum maintenance service expense within its life. The unit has service door for easy maintenance, intelligentized control system, remote monitoring system (single point connection available), in-built unit self-diagnose function etc.
